• 10+ years of work experience in leading testing projects for SAP and
Non-SAP systems
• Excellent process orientation and initiative skills
• Good to have ISTQB/CSTE certification
Good mentoring skills
• Adept at training, communication, SDLC processes
Seccondery skills:
• Preparing Test Plans and strategies
• Review of the test artifacts
• Mentoring the Testing team
• Assigning and tracking the work to the team members
• Testing Tools Management
Metrics reporting
• Consolidate Test inventory
• Management of Operations, Metrics, Reporting, SLAs, Release cycles
