Duration : 12+ months
*Skills and Experience Required :*
1) Seeking a Ruby on Rails developer who can do full-stack development well
: design work (graphic, user interface), front end development (CSS3,
HTML5, JavaScript or CoffeeScript), and back end development (Ruby on
Rails, SQL).
2) Candidates should be able to practice test-driven development
effectively and have the strong interpersonal skills so they can defend
their ideas, while still remaining easy to work with and who can embrace an
opposing idea should their idea not be selected by the team.
3) Must have demonstrated resilience in the face of change, and be able to
balance the goals of delivering results in a timely manner, with delivering
high quality software.
