People with good communication Skills (key since this involves Offshore
onsite communication)
Good at .net/*Knockout*/Javascript
Most apps are UI heavy
C# WCF MVC /Entity framework/SQL query skills/LINQ
Open source framework- Amplify/knockout/Require JS Bootstrap
Quick to react/ Business driven Environment/Agile method (good domain
knowledge)
Here it’s better if we can get candidates from HCL/TCS/CTS etc.
