CSS - SASS, ability to layout elements on the page and debug issues
quickly, Familiar with a grid system and how to use it.
HTML, Bootstrap, NodeJS/NPM, Grunt/Gulp, Unit testing of UI code, linting,
minification, concatination, etc.
