1) 8 plus years of experience in Network Engineering field
2) 5 plus years of experience with telephony, UC
3) 3 plus years with Lync
4) 5 plus years with Cisco IP
5) Solid on: Has direct experience with LAN, WAN, Firewall, Load
balancers, DNS
6) Good on: Has direct experience with wireless, voice, video
7) All of the above experience needs to be on Cisco Equipments
