•Experience of having built architecturally sound applications from scratch
– gather requirements, design and build
•BDD / Automation experience – Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit etc

•Good to have reverse-engineering experience - .NET to Java, Lotus Notes to
Java etc.

• Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and
requirements, as well as to create architectural solution specifications
• Define and architect the design for solutions
• Breakdown the design to work packages for implementation in
close collaboration with the implementation partner
• Responsible for the setup of iterative alignment sessions with
the implementation team to ensure alignment and delivery in scope and on
time
• Prepare Architecture & Technical Design document
• Participates in project reviews and creates action plans to
bring escalated projects back on track

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams
Hold team meetings, update clients on daily progress, liaise with
stakeholders
