6 + years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
implementation experience
5 + years of PeopleSoft HCM T&L and Payroll hands-on experience
2 + years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
implementations, specifically with T&L, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and
Manager Self-Service (MSS) as they relate to time reporting and
Payroll and one or more of the following modules:
· Core Human Resources (HR)
· Talent Acquisition Manager
· Benefits Administration
5 + years of Production support experience with T&L, ESS, and MSS as they
relate to time reporting and Payroll
Strong understanding of business requirements, processes, and
implementation approaches for T&L, ESS, and MSS as they relate to time
reporting and Payroll
Strong writing skills and the ability to create functional specifications,
design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.
Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting
design, test planning and execution, test script development and execution,
training strategy and development of training materials, and overall
implementation planning
Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft
delivered functionality
Ability to understand and adhere to HRT’s documentation standards, file
design, and storage
Excellent issue resolution (problem diagnosis) and analytical and
troubleshooting skills
Leadership abilities in the development of functional skills in others
through active knowledge sharing
Technical proficiency with SQL and PS/Query for
reviewing data, troubleshooting, developing user reports, and
testing/validating source system data
Ability to QA test development work and work with the technical development
team to ensure customer requirements are met
Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making
presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading
effectively and cooperatively with staff and management
It is preferred that the Consultant has experience using Oracle User
Productivity Kit.
