*Duration: 12 Months*
*Hours per week: 40 (estimated)*
Education/Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE
Strong performance testing experience, including ability to use load tools
to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows machines
or a Linux machine
Experience delivering business value on time and with highest quality, even
under aggressive release schedules
Possess strong test planning, test scenario, test case/script development
and execution, test tracking, and test status reporting capability
5+ Years of total IT experience with minimum of 3+ years of experience as a
performance Tester of a distributed application/services using Java/J2EE
technologies
Skills Required – MUST HAVE
Strong experience in using IBM Rational Performance Tester
Experience in basic SQL Skills
Experience with testing tools such as Rational Clear Quest (CQ)
Experience in State Motor Vehicle projects a plus
Thorough understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
Possess strong problem solving skills
Knowledge in SDLC and development process using Scrum methodologies
Should be a very good listener and communicator
Must be a team player; excellent written and communication skills is a must
Ability to learn new tools & technologies quickly
