Plan to Deliver (PTD)
Forecast to Plan (FTP)
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Unity Value Streams (P2P, RTR, OTC, PTD, and FTP)
stakeholders to drive Unity Application architecture during HLD and
Detailed Design.
During HLD collaborate with stakeholders to drive towards Governance
council approval for .This includes detailed business case for each
Application and driving workshops by value streams
Creating High level and detailed architecture and integration landscape by
value streams
