Required Skills:
Bachelor or Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors,
Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field.
2 years of experience recruiting, planning, and conducting user research;
analyzing data; and developing findings and recommendations to drive
design.
Strong, analytical problem solving, decision-making skills.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote.
Knowledge with data-logging tools and systems such as Morae, Camtasia, or
similar.
Must be able to work independently and as a team to plan, script, recruit
and run user testing sessions.
Experience coordinating and directing usability tests for
cross-departmental and multi-platform systems.
Proven ability to design methodologies for gathering user data,
interpreting the results, and translating them into solutions.
Experience designing and conducting formative and summative usability tests
in both formal and informal settings.
Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations in large and
small group.
Knowledge of Interaction Design and IA tools including Visio, HTML,
Photoshop and Adobe C23
