v *PeopleSoft technical with experience in implementing Interaction Hub /
PeopleSoft Portal and implementation of Secure Enterprise Search (SES)*
v Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Lead
(9.1 and higher)
v PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end experience
on implementing Interaction Hub
v Well versed in Portal configuration to make it work with *PS
applications *like FSCM / HCM / ELM
v Experience in *configuration of Portal to address* branding requirements
of the client
v Experience in enabling unified navigation, common worklists, security
process between FSCM / HCM / Portal, single sign-on from Portal to FSCM,
HCM and ELM instances
v Experience in implementation of SES (Secure Enterprise Search)
functionality / SES crawler
v Experience in enabling Oracle SES to work with HCM / FSCM / Portal
instances
v Experience in turning on Search UI / API framework, delivered search
definitions and portal registry search definition
v Experience with the SDLC: Requirements Gathering, Design, configuration,
writing of testing cases and execution of testing cycles, preparation of
Training manuals
v Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this
position will require constant interaction with customer team on a daily
basis
v Fluency in English is a must
v Lead all phases of the project’s functional track – Assessment, Design,
Configuration, Testing, Training and Deployment
v Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft Interaction
Hub and SES and its utilization to meet business requirements
v Take bottom-line responsibility for the track in a project and complete
tasks per the project plan
v Must have multiple PeopleSoft Interaction Hub / SES implementation
project experiences
v Must have project experience of working for energy & utility customers
v Solid understanding of integration between PeopleSoft modules and with
external applications
v Experience in creating and executing test cases for Systems Integration
Testing as well supporting User Acceptance testing
v Experience in working with onsite / offshore model to plan and deliver
the project responsibilities
v Need to work with offshore technical team to explain the design and
configure
v Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and
other project documentation as needed
v Builds confidence and trust with customers
v Displays effective analytical skills
v Effectively manages scope and customer expectations
v Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
