*Job Description:*
v Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Technology or other technical
discipline; Master’s degree desirable.
v Overall experience 5-7 years with minimum *of 3-5 years experience in
supporting IAM technologies of a medium to large enterprise* including one
of the following product suites. *Ping federate or Identity guard
experience is desirable.*
v *Ping Federate*
v *Identity Guard*
v *Courion*
v *IBM Tivoli Identity/Access Management*
v *CA Identity/Access Management.*
v *Oracle Identity/Access Management*
v Experience required in following areas: *Web Single Sign-on, Federated
Identity, Multifactor Authentication, Identity & Access Management*.
v *Good understanding of LDAP or AD directories.*
v Conceptual understanding of network infrastructure background including
firewalls, proxies,
v Understanding of Compliance policies, Security Standards and concepts.
v Understanding of *Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery* concepts and
replication technologies.
v Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and ability to work
independently with minimal direction. VLANs, DNS and VIPs.
v Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
v Excellent written and verbal communications; effective interpersonal
skills; strong formal presentation abilities
v Provide operational support & engineering functions for WebSSO & Strong
Authentication platforms. Duties include administration,
installation/configuration, troubleshooting, investigation and resolution.
v *Lead/Coordinate efforts on MFA/SSO infrastructure & BAU projects*.
v Collaborate with business IT. Translate IT/business issues/opportunities
into technical solutions/requirements.
v Drive continuous improvement, innovations, and ensuring efficient and
reliable operations of IAM processes and services.
v Develops project documentation's, runbooks for implementation of
business solutions of simple to moderate complexity
v *Liaisons with the Application team, Architecture team, third parties,
as necessary*
v Assist in the execution of information security initiatives by
maintaining an appropriate level of prioritization, focus and persistence
in an environment of significant change and growth
v *Support Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery *
v COMPANY is seeking an IAM Engineer with conceptual understanding of
Federated Identity, Identity access management, Single Sign on,
Multi-factor Authentication & SAML technologies for its WebSSO and Strong
Authentication platforms.
v Reporting to IAM Team Lead, this position will be responsible for
operational responsibilities of multiple Identity and Access Management
platforms.
v This position is a key role within the IAM department, ensuring that
Guardian has a subject matter expert focused on providing 24x7 operational
support and engineering functions for its various federation, strong
authentication and password management platforms and services.
v The position is also responsible for sustaining and enhancing the
operations of existing platforms, as well as coordinating and delivery of
multiple small projects to achieve desired organization goals and benefits.
