*Required*
· B.S. or B.A. degree
· 5+ years experience in an analytical consulting role to external clients
and/or internal business partners.
· Strong SAS or SQL programming/data processing experience.
· Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems.
· Ability to work with large transactional databases across multiple
platforms (Teradata, Oracle, SAS).
· Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative
environment.
· Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to
successfully build long-term relationships with colleagues and business
partners.
· Strong understanding of how analytics supports a large organization
including being able to successfully articulate the linkage between
business decisions, business objectives, and analytical approaches &
findings.
Preferred
· Financial services experience
· Marketing experience
· Targeting model development
