Object Oriented design and development, UML, Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a plus. Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills Knowledge of HCM, Payroll or Financials, Experience with XML and Integration technologies, Metadata-driven definitional development experience is a plus. Experience in SOA solution architecture and implementation, understanding of Cloud Computing and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) Proficient in major development tools such as SVN, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Ant, TeamCity, etc. Able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun work environment that is agile (i.e. Scrum) and deliver value incrementally and frequently Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS). Working experience with some cloud computing open sources such as MCollective, Rundeck, OpenStack. It is a plus if having the working experience on the ETL or some other data transformation process. JD To Lead, guide, advice, and train people in the area of expertise. Contribute directly/indirectly to business solutions. Interpret business plans and policies for the team and to channelize viewpoints back to the management. Set performance standards and expectations for the team and guide people to attain them. Nurture and develop the talent in the team.
