*Candidate will need to do an in person interview.* Job description below: Basic Qualifications: OpenLink Software Engineer for the design, architecture, implementation and integration of various technical solutions for the OpenLink Treasury Management install. The position is attached to the Infrastructure deployment team. This role’s primary responsibility is to support the Development, Quality Assurance and Production Environments. In Addition, the candidate should have strong strategic skills with particular emphasis in Agile Development Methodologies. Candidates are required to be hands-on individual contributors and must have an appropriate level of technical experience as outlined in the Requirements section below. The role is based in Wilton, CT. • Ability to configure, install and maintain the OpenLink FinDur application in multiple instances, including DEV, QA, Prod, and DR. • Deep knowledge in Windows Systems Administration • Experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Administration or / Developer and Microsoft Visual Studio • Familiar with major messaging standards (e.g. BizTalk) and able to specify messaging data structures in XML, SWIFT, EDI formats. • Continually re-evaluate the OpenLink environment to ensure that it is a robust and reliable as possible, to support multiple physical and logical points of failure. • Work with business teams to understand the delivery and service level requirements. • Experience in developing and implementing a robust disaster recovery architecture • Proven track record of implementing large scale software applications within a banking environment • Hands on experience of the delivery of data quality improvements within a Treasury and/or banking environment • Responsible for detailed, high-quality documentation which meets the needs of the various project stakeholders and work closely with the Project Manager on establishing project plans, process flow diagrams for the End to end requirements. • Work closely with internal and external technology development teams to ensure all requirements are understood and implemented correctly • Off-hours support coverage will be required (including weekends).
