*Job Description*
We’re looking for some seriously talented, no-nonsense web developers to
help us create the next generation of Academic sites and services at
Microsoft.
Candidate responsibilities:
· Develop, optimize and maintain the next generation of Microsoft
Academic
· Collaborate with world-class researchers to create robust,
cutting-edge UX
· Deliver high-quality code on time that meets performance budgets
and quality bars
Candidate requirements:
· Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· 7+ years in large scale software architectures, development, and
engineering best practices
· 5+ years of strong experience with Angular (or similar),
JavaScript, HTML and CSS
· 3+ years of C#, ASP.NET MVC5, and ASP.NET WebAPI
· Experience with Bootstrap and/or Azure is a plus
· Full software development lifecycle experience (end-end) through
multiple cycles - for large scale, high use products
· Experience with scrum, sprinting, and agile best practices
