Position: Sr. Business Analyst (HRIS / Workday).
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 1 Year
*Visa / Location: Green Card / US Citizen – Local Candidates Only*
*Interview Process: Face 2 Face Interview*
*Requirements analysis:*
- Develops and documents solution approach with vendor and/or developer
- Documents SDLC related deliverables and manages related activities
- Prioritizes requirements
*Minimum Education Requirements:*
- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Management Information
Systems, Business Management or associated field required.
- Minimum Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst,
with expert command of business analysis techniques, methodologies (SDLC)
and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Visio.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in
a fast-paced environment; team player with a can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience with the Human Resources function is preferred
- Experience working with Workday (integrations) I would say this is a
must.
