Good solid Java/J2EE developer / Programming/Analyst type individual
Spring, Hibernate, Strust etc.
Websphere/MQ Series a huge plus
ERP background or exposure/experience a huge plus
Oracle / SQL server experience
Consistently write, translate and code software programs and applications
according to specifications.
Consult with functional analysts and business groups to understand and
design requirements
Integrate and customize applications based on customer specifications
Maintain an understanding of continuously evolving middleware architecture.
(Lawson and or Safari experience a huge plus but not necessary)
Must have excellent communication skills or will not be considered.
