I am urgently looking for *Cisco Voice Administrator** in **Lincolnshire, IL**.* Please go through with the requirement and let me know once you are interested. *Locals Preferred* *Job Description:* *Detailed Job description:* · This Role is a part of 24x7 Technology Restoration Availability Control Center "TRACC" and will play a critical part in ensuring service availability and recovery for our client-facing systems. · Experience and specialist skills in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco voice communications infrastructure, including the ability to support a variety of technologies. · Knowledge of industry standards and government regulations relevant to voice communications / networking. · An understanding of emerging technologies in the communications sphere and their potential commercial application. · Skills in Cisco IPT Hardware/Software, Call Billing Hardware/Software and Cisco Contact Center Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills. · Operational knowledge of voice collaboration systems and software covering office telephony and contact center functionalities. · Troubleshoot voice quality problems and work with resolver teams to remediate. Self-starter; ability to begin working with minimal coaching. Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization. · Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation. · Able to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple overlapping issues. Implementing and maintaining corporate voice communications services majorly Cisco IP Telephony, components and associated infrastructure with a focus on maximum availability and performance to customers. · Maintaining technical documentation, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions. Providing escalated (3rd level) technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of high level technical issues related to networking equipment and services. · Conducting acceptance tests and commissioning communications systems and equipment. Acting as an interface between the organization and suppliers/carriers/vendors regarding high level technical issues and carrier billing. · Providing guidelines for training in the use and maintenance of voice equipment, systems and facilities. Testing, implementing, monitoring and tuning voice software/hardware to ensure optimum systems performance and highlight potential issues.
