Proactive, self starter. *Job Responsibilities:* • Work with diverse teams to develop recommendations for addressing key program /project related issues to keep program on track. • Ability to determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. • Ensure the resolution of project and/or release integration issues across vendors, business units and IT teams. • Capable of working independently to achieve client objectives. • Create and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables. Communicate schedules and deliverables in a concise manner and ensure that deadlines are met. • Work with engineering, product development, QA, TechOps and other departments to resolve resource and schedule conflicts and dependencies. • Act as a central point of contact for all communications relating to the project(s). • Communicate project status at all management levels. • Serve as scrum master for up to three scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. • Organize and drive Scrum Ceremonies – Daily Stand up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demo • Work with product managers to define requirements and maintain the backlog. • Facilitate Scrum of Scrum sessions across dependent teams • Identify and track key dependencies for the Scrum teams • Interface with the Program Manager to identify program impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed • Ensure that projects adhere to established standards and methodology practices. Help define new development processes and industry best-practices. • Make recommendations on how to best approach a software development project, keeping in mind the business goals. • Know at all times the health of projects, critical path items, risks and impact to timelines. • Coordinate project deliverables between team leads. • Act as a central point of contact for all communications relating to the project(s). • Provide overall leadership for the teams, influencing & coaching the teams use of Agile • Regular interactions with senior management establishing visibility into the scrum teams • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing • Maintain a close working relationship with the Program Manager and Product Owner Create and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
