Required Skills:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Cisco Unified Communication
Manager and Session Border Controller.
- Able to design, build, and troubleshoot site configurations, gateway
devices, and end points.
- Firm understanding of CUCM call routing, device pools, codec
configurations, dial-peers, and partition management.
- SIP Trunking knowledge and experience provider-based as well as
internal.
- Experience installing and advanced configuration on Cisco Call Manager
platforms
- Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
- Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN
and analog signaling.
- Experience with Avaya Communication Manager and ASPECT Dialer.
