MonthsRate : $50/hr on C2CJob Description: *The Digital Operations Lead
will be responsible for both leading a team and also being directly engaged
and hands-on in the day-to-day support of multiple eCommerce sites built on
the IBM Websphere Commerce platform. This resource will initially report to
the current lead and will be responsible for learning and transitioning
into the lead role over a pre-defined period of time while enabling the
current lead to take on other responsibilities in the account.
Responsibilities include reporting on digital operations status to client
and Accenture leadership, fielding and logging requests and issues from
stakeholders, performing thorough root-cause analysis of issues, providing
functionality clarification when needed, and working in a distributed team.
Ideal candidates have technical background and familiar with HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, Java, SQL, and general eCommerce frameworks. Additionally,
candidates should be energetic, eager to learn, quick study, and good
interpersonal skills.
