Business knowledge expertise & ability to understand and articulate business requirements, develop the business solution, implement the solution and provide the user training. *PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * 1. Development, Code REviews and Unit Testing, Artifacts Documentation 2. Code Deployment and testing Support and defect fixing 3. Interface withinternal customers and IT staff 4. Train and mentor junior Archer developers *CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES: * Archer 5.x Certified, Business Process Analyst, Archer development expertise, ITIL GRC Archer platform SME to implement Prudential business requirements across the globe *Knowledge and Skills Requirements: * Candidates must have a minimum qualification of a primary degree in a computer-related discipline. Overall experience in the GRC domain should be 2 years or more and should have experience in the majority of the following technologies and applications : RSA Archer 5.x developer SQL Database (Query, Restore & take backups) Microsoft IIS (basic understanding) Microsoft .net / Java (basic to moderate level scripting) *Skills Levels : * 1. Academic experience only 2. Academic and some practical experience 3. Competent user with well rounded knowledge and proven expertise in the desired skill 4. The desired skills is a core expertise of the candidate. Can manage high complexity levels associated with the skill and has significant practical experience 5. Recognized as a ‘go to’ person for the required skillset. Ability to apply optimal solutions to tasks, proactively suggest and implement improvements and provide a best in class service *Role Responsibilities: * Work with a team to develop Prudential’s IT GRC capabilities through development of the RSA Archer solution: • Work with teams to produce accurate key operational metrics for IT assessments • Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development of the Archer platform • Oversee and integrate multiple data feeds into the Archer platform • Team with data analysts to develop eGRC dashboards and produce key information for executive and leadership reporting and decision making • Oversee external vendors and consultants on global delivery and implementation teams which impact Archer efforts • Provide guidance on implementing business objectives through the Archer tool • The ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and to be able to reprioritize quickly • Resourceful and self-sufficient, ability to work independently, and propose creative solutions • The ability to build business relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders • Strong written and verbal skills in English *THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES ARE ESSENTIAL: * 1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 4 years 2. Professional experience in Audit, risk management, governance, IT security and / or compliance function a plus 3. Experience with a GRC solution and/or RSA Archer GRC a plus Proven experience dealing with ambiguous situations, and producing a consistent results with varied inputs 4. Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new situations & requirements 5.
