· Business and System Analysis
· Communication and requirement gathering with business teams
· Lead modules in one or more EHR areas
· Performs in-depth analysis of epic workflows, data collection,
report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software
· Develops and documents project team procedures for implementing
system changes and other tasks
· Serves as a liaison between end users, third parties, and
implementation team
· Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
· Performs analysis of Epic model content and negotiation of any
user requested modifications
