Send me profiles : ar...@vedicsoft.com *ROLE : UI Specialist* *Duration :12+months* *Location : Long Island City, NY * *Job Description :* *SCOPE OF SERVICES * The selected consultant will work with a cross functional team within the,world class public health organization, to determine the specific data needs and management processes required for the central management of Provider information across the Agency. The selected candidate will then work with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to design screens, forms and user interface elements to support the identified processes. All process and functions need to be fully documented and developers will need to be acquainted with the detailed requirements and proposed design. *Mandatory Skill/Expertise : * *5+ years experience in detailed requirements gathering including JAD sessions or rapid application design approaches.* *5+ years experience in translating business requirements into actionable functional designs / specifications* Expert level skills in the creation of wireframes and mock-ups for the purpose of managing expectations with stakeholders and assuring developer understanding of written requirements. *Experience working in a matrix environment with distributed teams (on-site off-site off-shore).* Must have excellent verbal communications skills (and be comfortable presenting to mixed technical and non-technical management audiences), as well as excellent written communications skills.
