Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12+ Month
*Job Duties:* Respond quickly to business needs, evaluating alternatives
and creating and executing against an action plan. Interface between
business partners and IT, ensuring that business needs are translated into
appropriate technology solutions. Document business and technical
specifications for system development based on user requirements and
capture user stories and document test cases. Help with creation and
execution of test cases for system testing, performance tests and
automation testing. Perform user acceptance testing for business partners
and help implement the business requirements. Responsible for
post-implementation support of the various systems as well.
*Job Requirements :*
*EXPERIENCE/COURSEWORK:* Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer
Science or related and 2 years of experience in Business Engagement,
Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, job offered or related.
Alternatively, the company will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign
equivalent in Computer Science or related and 5 years of progressive,
post-bachelor’s experience in Business Engagement, Computer Engineering,
Electronic Engineering, job offered or related. Any suitable combination of
education, training, or experience will be accepted.
*SKILLS:* Experience/coursework must include the following:
1. SQL including Oracle SQL and SQL server
2. UNIX, JAVA/J2EE, VB Scripting, and Soap UI
3. HP Quality Center
4. Defect logging tools including Jira and Bugzilla
5. Performance testing tools including load runner
6. Automation tool such as Selenium
7. Customer Relations Management tool – Epicor CRM tools such as CRM
and Clue
8. Mainframes including COBOL, CICS and RDBMS
9. Ecommerce platforms such as Hybris, Blue Martin, and ATG
