PROVIDE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT* *This role has a dual focus*: Workday development and support (75%). Operations and special project support (25%) General Comments This role is mostly *workday report development for HR, internal clients. MODIFY EXISTING REPORT AND DASHBOARD PORTOFLIO OWENED BY THE HR TEAM.* *Workday development and support (75%):* Primary developer for our Workday HCM system. Focus on new development and modifications to existing report and dashboard portfolio owned by the HRBI team. Partners directly with clients both inside and outside of HR and assumes responsibility for reporting life-cycle management. Actively manages our current report and dashboard environment, while seeking consistent opportunities to proactively advance the end-user experience. Speaks with clients to develop use-cases and then systematically realizes. Partners closely with HRIS and IT teams. Ensures the highest level of HR data confidentiality at all times. *Operations and special project support (25%):* Supporter for operational excellence within the HRBI team. Second-tier support for HR reporting queues/mailboxes and fulfillment of requests for data. Partners with stakeholders to solve root-data problems. Assists with special project administration and sub-projects as assigned by the HRBI leader or other team members. Interacts with all HRBI team members and attends all team meetings. *Primary Duties / Responsibilities* · Owns, maintains and advances the current Workday portfolio of HR reports, worklets & dashboards · Develops new Workday reports, worklets & dashboards based on HRBI leadership guidance or direct client requests · Uses Workday and industry best-practices during all new development and ongoing maintenance to ensure that the simplest, but most efficient and secure methodologies are used · Continuously reviews end-user experiences through direct client feedback sessions. Develops use-cases that drive new development and changes to existing products. · Leads cross-training programs for direct and indirect team members · Balances multiple urgent deliverables and sometimes conflicting client expectations · Actively safeguards HR data confidentiality at all times, regardless of request or requestor. Complies with legal and compliance requirements and ensures strict confidentiality of records and information. · Works closely with HRBI leader and other team members on ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives · Participates in scheduled team meetings and 1-on-1s · Participates in other HR and vendor meetings · Partners closely with HRIS & IT team members · Clearly communicates requests/requirements to team members via both written and verbal means · Performs other duties as assigned *Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)* · Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR systems (SAP, PeopleFluent), processes, data maintenance and reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects) · Ability to lead new development projects from initial client need assessment, through final client sign-off · Good organization and time management skills. Strong eye towards data accuracy, completeness and the end-user experience. · Independent thinker & worker.
