Need good communication, has been in lead roles and managed offshore
delivery etc.. does not have to be super technical .. want someone very
pro-active, biz savvy, self-motived along with good SFDC knowledge and
offshore delivery experience.
Salesforce Consultant
Strong experience on delivering Sales processes on Salesforce platform.
Good understanding on direct and indirect sales with renewals. Daily
interaction with Sales Business and tuning functional requirements to
meaningful technical user stories with right prioritization, so that these
user stories can be well understood and managed by 5+ offshore resources.
Well versed with release and deployment processes. Able to quantify and
analyze right value proposition for process delivery. Strong analytic
skills to implement sales requirements without impacting existing features.
Delivery Skills: Agile expert (preferable Jira), Strong communication
skills, good Client interaction, team player
Technical Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus, DocuSign, Middleware
integrations
Preferable Certification: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Developer Certified
