Serve as a Business Analyst to drive the design of a new Order-to-Cash
process in a Retail environment
Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders to gain consensus on key
requirements
Develop detailed process flows of future state Order-to-Cash process
Lead workshops with client stakeholders to validate and finalize future
state processes for Order-to-Cash
Previous major ERP implementation experience – SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD
Edwards or other recognized ERP package
Experience with the Order to Cash cycle
Experience implementing ERP in a Retail environment
Project management and facilitation skills required
Ability to lead and facilitate process mapping discussions, blueprinting
exercise for the Order-to-Cash cycle
Ability to generate client facing communication and deliverables
