Phone hire – But this job is open and we are at Square One… It’s not really an EDI guy, it’s Mainframe Dude with a background in Healthcare and CMs Primark skills are : ü Mainframe/DB2 and Cobol expert. ü Experience in US healthcare projects/Medicare ü Experience in working in a multi-client environment. ü Experience in troubleshooting data and system problems. Secondary skills: ü Experience in FTP methodologies. ü Knowledge of Medicare and encounter (end-to-end knowledge preferable) and claims type and processing in the health insurance industry. ü Knowledge of risk adjustment process with CMS. ü Knowledge of CMS Medicare encounter responses for MAO and Dual plansKnowledge of membership and/or billing administration in the health insurance industry. ü Expert in EDI and HIPAA Testing Privacy with multiple transactions exposure such as Inbound Claims 837-Institutional, 837-Professional, 837-Dental, 835-Claim Payment/Remittance Advise, 270/271-Eligibility Benefit Inquiry/Response, 276/277-Claim Status Inquiry/Response Transactions and testing in Client Server systems and Mainframe Applications. ü Proficient in ICD-9-CM and ICD -10-CM coding and claims processing. Knowledge of reporting and data analytics. Knowledge of health insurance industry with a focus on health and/or dental claims.
