*Role : Testing - eCOM - Test Lead*
*Work Location : Pataskala, Columbus, Ohio - 43062*
*Duration : 6 months*
*Experience : 8+Months*
*Domain : Ecommerce/Retail*
*Rate : $45/hr on C2C*
*Visa Copy must at the time of Submission*
*Mandatory Technical Skills*
Unix, Oracle, PL SQL, MS Office, Fusion Middleware
*Desirable Technical Skills*
ATG, Manhattan, BCC, Endeca, Fusion Middleware
*Mandatory Functional Skills*
Should have good testing experience in Retail ECom Domain - Experience
level (minimum 4 yrs- max 6 yrs).
Should have led mid size teams (4 to 15) in both onshore & offshore.
Should have exposure in Oracle ATG(BCC, Endeca) and Manhattan OMS - User
Interfaces.
Should have working experience in HP ALM, HP Quality Center, SQL queries.
Very strong in communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work
in a multi vendor environment.
Should have self drive to identify process improvements and strong
negotiation skill to implement the changes across other vendors / customer
support groups.
Strong experience in Onsite/Offshore working model, team player & be
flexible.
*Desirable Functional Skills*
1) Should be able to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, review of business
Use Cases and End to End Scenarios.
2) Should have working knowledge of UI testing. Knowledge of Package
testing is a plus.
3) Should work with Business and contribute for Business scenarios/Use
Cases for Functional and Non Functional scenarios.
4) Should guide Testing team in creating end to end Test scenarios and SIT
test scenarios and defect triage.
5) Should coordinate with multiple stakeholders during entire phase of the
project
