Hi again,
As explained in patches/README.patches most patches are smaller than 10 lines,
and therefore does not need to have Copyright information. They are denoted
SHORT in that file.
The longer patches do have Copyright information:

Probably this isn't documented, but you can check a few last years of this
support tracker. Such requests are far from frequent.
