This is just one of those FYI communications... For the last three weeks the number of database threads handling connections has hovered around 50. Things have been fast and solidly good. Yesterday we started to see some spikes which hit the process limits of 150 for a couple of hours. I saw

[Savannah-hackers-public] resending 800+ lost tracker emails

I'm about to resend 800+ emails from Savannah trackers to various lists. The earliest is from mid-October (this year). It's likely that some tracker mail before that was also lost, but no practical way to retrieve it now as far as I know. FSF sysadmin promptly fixed the problem going forward
