That is right, there is no public fsf sysadmin mailing list, just the
sysad...@gnu.org and @fsf.org which both go

Sometimes, some of us subscribed here, can also ping the FSF admins in
other ways -- sysadmin@ is not a list that is easily subscribed to
AFAIK.
