Is it no problem for savannah if a project offers a nonfree licence?

Please, never contribute to projects like this, just grab and use.

Details:

I know this was sometime listed at gnu.savannah
as official GNU just recently changed to nongnu, please remove that pointer
that is libqglviewer.

For as far as I know there is only a projectpage and this:
