I have attached an update trying to resolve the problem.
I looked into the emacs source, and found an example there. I changed the
license files to readme files. I think that should solve the issue?

I corrected the "copyright information" text in `README.md' so it clearly
points to the copyright notice (at the top of the file) and the license notice
(rest of that section).
Afterwards, I activated Git in the
Update of task #15221 (project administration):
Status: In Progress => Done
Open/Closed:Open => Closed
