Hi Andres, Are you using our shared roles with our Scalarizr agent already installed, or are you using your own image? You will need to open port 22 in your security group rules to allow SSH and gather your logs in order to better understand the error and situation. Many thanks, Wm. Marc

That error matches an error I was getting last year. Check if you need to update gevent, as that resolved the "unexpected keyword argument server_hostname" issue for me, though I still haven't managed to get analytics working with Openstack Mitaka. This
