Content filtering would be the way to go.
For an interim solution, if you control your DNS servers, block it at the DNS
level.

Fedora 17 beta did not work.
LPS (http://www.spi.dod.mil/lipose.htm) DOES work.
At least I now know it is not a hardware/firmware problem and it is
possible.
