The immediate reaction to receiving the screener from AE was positive,
seeing who was involved in this remake of a sci-fi classic piece of
literature.
The problem is the story has not aged well. We've been served similar
stories in film that did so.
I'm only 45 minutes in, but I like it. Anyone else like part I?

Tracey, I've missed it twice.
I'm hoping for Saturday, when I know I'll be able to go to ground and take it
all in.

Just finished watching Part 1. Enjoyed it immensely. Love the
casting. And it looks good! Benjamin Bratt is particularly appealing
as Dr. Jeremy Stone. After all those years of Will and Grace, it is
interesting to see Eric McCormack butch it up! It is also
interesting to see Daniel Dae Kim
They can rerun it as much as they want...I can't get AE...cost too much...

Me too! If you like McCormack butched up, Check him out in Dead Like me.
He was fantastic. He played a reality television producer who is also the
abusive, manipulative boyfriend of Daisy, who had a criminal record that
included assault and fraud charges and is hated by Rube, George, and Mason
Me Too! I do not know what they are talking about. They are talking Emmy.
