I'm *liking* the thought of that. And not solely because I've been in total
lust for her since Minute One of the X-Files. She has a tendency to overact at
times, and that's exactly how Kate O'Mara played her in the series,
over-the-top baddie. Might be fun to watch.

Whoever wrote this clearly missed a few things during viewing. If she *did*

that one ep. And she never explains *why* Wild Seed was so crappy, save that
she simply didn't like it. In her assessment of Prelude to

This, I'm not too certain about. UNIT was heckacious fun within the Whoverse,

I agree. You can't do reviews and lists when you said Well, anyway, that's the

I'm not crazy about Howard, Cheadle, or Washington. Excellent actors all, they
just don't fit the Rhodes character I saw in the comics. That Rhodes is a
seasoned combat pilot, a man who survived being shot down and imprisoned.
Howard is a bit too mild-mannered, and a bit too light-skinned for
I just dropped a long list of selections, and can't believe I left Chiwetel
off. He could do it, but I like my other choices just a bit better. Chiwetel to
me is better suited to be a superspy, or to headline a film. I see him doing
that Black James Bond we all keep hoping for.

I ranked on Blade something fierce when it was on, but will admit I liked at
least one show: the one that detailed his backstory as a young vamp. That was
decent. I loved Dresden Files, though i understand from Martin and others it's
changed from the books in many ways, but was still very good.
IMHO the only time you cut off unpleasant discourse is when, deep down inside,
you believe it might be true.
I disagree. Some people are just intractable, ignorant, contrarian, and just
plain hateful. Many such thrive on discourse, and just enjoy it as a way to
keep their opponent tripped up.
There's a hideous joke inside my head right now, yearning to get loose...
