I am a big fan of Will Eisner's THE SPIRIT comic strip. While the
storylines often left a lot to be desired, Eisner was a consummate
artist and his gift for point-of-view and perspective in a two
dimensional space was genius. Eisner's THE SPIRIT strip was very
cinematic and from the trailer I
WANTED is a maddening hodgepodge of action movie cliches that is at
once brilliant and mundane. Or perhaps insane would be a better word.
Great swathes of this movie are gloriously over the top while whole
