Agree with all you say. The movie's harmless, pleasantly forgettable. Doesn't risk much, doesn't offer much. The Surfer FX were okay, but the character was lame and really not all that powerful, impressive, or utilized. I'm not sorry I saw it, but i wouldn't pay to see it again. It'll be
