You're right. The pilot was very good. Its tone was more sombre than much of
the series that followed. I remember Steve Austin all but crying after the
accident, and the disgusted look on his face when Dr. Wells showed him his
plastic-looking limbs and eye before the operation. There's a scene
For now, we can only wait and see...However, I'd love to see the original pilot
of The Six Million Dollar Man, the only good broadcast of the show...I have
never seen the entire 90 minute movie, but what I saw had me so impressed...I
was so let down, even at that young age, at how it became so
