I'm with Andreas on this. As a user, I would prefer to see this as part of sklearn with the usual sklearn api. If we want static matplotlib-style images, reusing (with credit) some of the yellowbrick implementations is a good idea. Would we consider plotly-based visualizations? I've been doing my
