(micro/extern) readers, and T=1 cards. (Platforms: Windows & Linux)

I have rewriten the Reflex 60 dependent code to make musclecard and
xcard work with Towitoko readers writers. It is on a very-very-very beta
state.
By now I can reset the card and read its ATR correctly. But I'm no being
able to send any DBI_IsoCase* command to the card.

to the card. Last version's one didn't worked.
Now I'm able to turn on/off and change the color (red/geen/yelow) of the
