Hello,
I'm going to release a new version of pcsc-lite soon. It will contain a
configuration file /etc/pcsc.conf which will allow you to set the following:
PORT_ALLOCATION "Demand" or "Static"
This will power up the card and reader either when a connection is
established or at the star

Could pcsc.conf merge readers.conf and cards.co
Dave, the ideas are good but aren't we cluttering up /etc? Maybe it should be in a
directory like /etc/sc?
What's with OCF? What's their config scheme?
