At a Cape Breton house party last week I heard lovely slow air that
I'd like to learn to play. The environment was a bit noisy and the
best I could make out, it was entitled The Russ Memorial Hospital
or something close to that. There was some connection with Phil
Cunningham. I don't know
The tune is called Ross Memorial Hospital - where Phil recovered from a
near fatal car crash. The tune can be found in - The Cunningham Collection
- Volume 1. The House in Rose Valley. Looking in this collection, I see
that the version current locally differs significantly from the one
printed.
