Apache config
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/webtriad/httpd --enable-so --enable-cgi--enable-info --enable-rewrite --enable-speling--enable-usertrack --enable-deflate --enable-ssl --enable-mime-magic --enable-shared=max --enable-rule=SHARED_CORE
