I have been trying to follow this tutorial, to use the scratchbox:

But I can't find the toolchain scratchbox-toolchain-arm-gcc3.3-glibc2.3
I have looked everywhere but I just can't seem to locate

I want to enable Anjuta IDE inside the scratchbox, while installing it was
showing lots of dependencies .Can any one tell me whether it is possible to
install it inside the scratchbox or not .
