Details:

If I try resurrect window that was running built-in telnet, screen crashes.

1. run screen (e.g. screen -c /dev/null)
2. set zombie with quit and resurrect keys (e.g. screen -X zombie ab)
3. open new screen window with //telnet (e.g.: screen //telnet bbs.vslib.cz)
4. use telnet session as usual and then disconnect (e.g. (for server mentioned
above) login as guest/guest and then use [G]oodbye command)
5. Screen says Command detached from window
6. use resurrection key (e.g. b)
7. Screen does not react, screen -ls (from another terminal) shows dead
screen. (first time I got "Suddenly the Dungeon collapses!! - You die..."
message, since I usually have nethack option on)

I use screen from my distribution (Fedora 19).
screen -v shows "Screen version 4.01.00devel (GNU) 2-May-06"
